I am in the middle of zone 8-9 in Florida and I am dreaming of getting my garden to be this lush and tropical at some point. I wish I knew more of what I was doing. I love looking up tropical gardens in climates even colder than here because it gives me lots of hope that I can still get a tropical look - even if I can't have hanging heliconias and lipstick palms.
Wonderful garden it is a big inspiration! -

I have a tropical garden in Central Fl. I'm moving soon to the North Georgia Mountains, zone 7. I'd love to bring some tropicals with me. Do you bring your plants into the greenhouse in the winter or mulch them heavily?
