My Felslate farming location is just to the South West of the Meredil flight path in Suramar. There is a small area just inside Felsoul Hold with tons of Basilisks and also a cave nearby with nodes and seams. I can get a full stack of Felslate in about 30min to an hour depending on how often you get the Double Health Basilisk spawns.
another place that you can grind for Felslate is the legion area in suramar towards the bottom left hand corner there is those lizard things that you can kill and mine
