With the introduction of the Tomes of Illusion with the Legion (7.0.3) pre-patch comes with a huge demand for various enchanting materials. Essence of water is one of the materials that have become extremely volatile within the last few weeks and will continue to be very lucrative on some servers. I highly recommend farming these up now if they sell for anywhere around 100g and up each. At 200g each you should be making up to 10k /hr as long as you are in an efficient set up, i.e. full party to take advantage of the shared looting system as well as farming on a server with low competition.
