Are you sure its 1.5%? I've gotten it 3 times, and i farmed for like 15 minutes.

My servers 13k (right on the mark there oldbess) so I farmed it for roughly 2 hours and 30 mins. Opened 178 bags and no Oozeling. Damn you rng gods.

For some reason, You know at the side of the Default bottom left action bar (Where you can hot key 1,2,3,4 etc to a spell, this is done default by the game), i do not have the up and down feature (the 2 arrows to the right of the action bar). How do i get this back??
