This isn't too bad of a method if a healer or tank. I guess my only complaint would be how boring dungeons get after running just three or four of them. WoD's dungeons weren't all that interesting to begin with, either.

I've been doing this on my dk, in frost spec(dps) but I just use blood presence, to make sure I get aggro and can stay alive easily, I'm usually top dps, with an average ilvl of 726 and 795 ring, so I never get kicked even if I overpull and healer is lowgeared or quickly afk, but I have also done it when I was just 715 with 715 ring. You just need to make sure your second spec is blood and have silver tanking in proving grounds. I don't know if other tank/dps classes can do it, but if you want to do it as a frost dk, then hurry because I think the presence system for dk's is going to be removed in legion, from what I can tell.
