The downside to this is the amount of gold made is always theoretical.. It's not gold until it sells =) Love all your vids though. It has definitely helped me stock up on a metric ton of mats.

Got 500g from just the vendor stuff and embersilk on my realm goes for 7g a piece

It is not enough to just do the quest in Dalaran for the scavenging bonus, you also need to have the tailoring skill at cata level. If you have the tailoring skill at WotLK level, you won't get the scavenging bonus. I had to find that out after I cleared the trash of Bastion of Twilight twice and only got approx. 500x embersilk cloth each lockout. Afterwards I pushed my skill to cata level and suddenly got 1100x embersilk cloth per lockout, so keep that in mind.

Spent about an hour doing this.

Maybe went in about 20-30 times.
Got 6 stacks of ember silk cloth.
Sold stacks for 1200 each.
7200 gold in an hour. Not too bad. This will vary per server.

How can you loot from that far away?

Would you recommend using a potion of luck for the Water Elementals?

tried this on my 630 ilvl brewmaster monk found out i can pull the whole room at ocne but i did get quite a bit of gold from it thnx man keep posting gold guides like this
