Seriously... while I was watching this I was farming the spiral cup for energy gear, while you were talking about stun jewels I got hit by a medusa then another myth stun lol edit: just got stunned again... luckily not medusa smh

You can get the dual blade jewels in the Jeweled Slopes, that's where I got mine
i've gotten up to 239 energy so far! a few pieces need upgrading but i'm getting there :)
the yellow jacket shredder mobs in moon cliffs in khrysalis also drop the various (+6%) piercing jewels
The blade jewels are dropped from the second boss from the polaris jewel slope. It is a very common drop

I've gotten dual life and myth blade jewels from random bosses in Polaris. Sorry that I don't remember the exact bosses, but I know they drop there. Hopefully I've helped one or some of you.
