Today on Rescue 911...

For a moist, delicious turkey, make a tent of heavy aluminum foil over turkey and press tightly arount pan. You can take the foil off, spray with olive oil and broil a minute or two until the skin browns if you want the pretty brown color. Much, much safer.

Surprisingly good job, State Farm. I give you THIS battle win! (shaking fist). Reminds me of Star Trek II and III when Shatner was too arrogant to raise shields leading to disaster.

I do not know how to cook a turkey, so I do not have to worry about causing a fiery disaster in my neighborhood.

Terrific over-acting as usual from the Captain... but, aside from "buy a Tofurky," I think "turn off the fire" should be Tip #1, because even an underfilled turkey pot can spill over when the turkey is added (especially a frozen or wet one) and start a fire -- but only if there's a flame. Be sure the fire is completely out.
