Gardening can be hard on your body. All that bending down, lifting heavy things. But if approached in the right way, it can be a great way to get your whole body moving. This little video demonstrates just how much of a great workout doing something you love, like gardening can be. Use all that bending and squatting into opportunities for hip mobility, lifting heavy piles of dirt for upper body strength, and digging out those weeds for arms strength, shoulder and hip mobility.
