Great plants! I grew 2 of these in pots. FYI the root system gets massive and will distort the pot. I had pots same size as yours for one and had to be reported second year. The root you held up will get twice that size at least and your dealing with 2 in one pot so it will get root bound fast. They take between 3 and 5 years to flower. Good luck with yours.

Nice video, I have a giant Bird that is flowering beautifully. Also a regular or orange Bird that produces beautiful flowers. They have gotten really large, they were your 3.99 plants at Home Depot many years ago. Planted outdoors, I need to thin them out to really appreciate. I would love to dig up some and place in pots on my patio similar to your video without compromising the plant that will remain in the ground. Any suggestions?

I also work with my hands!😊
Just repotted my white bird of oaradise, and relocated it from indoot to outdoor. I find mine don't do well inside. I feel it isn"t warm enough for the plant. Summer is coming in fast, and I expecting it'll be happy in my small patio with bright sunlight but protected from from direct triple digit temps by 15 ft stucco wall.
How is your plant doing? Would love to see an update, -
This was perfect I just re-potted one my daughter gave me 3 years go...they are huge heavy plants but so worth the grunt work!😃

Just saw this video, that orchid looks like a burrageara Nelly Isler and it should smell good :) love your videos, already subscribed.

Hello, Love the Birds Of Paradise, My question is what size pot is that? and can this plant be grown both indoors and outdoors? and if outdoors, does it need full sun or shade? Thanks

Nice plants. I planted two white BOP last year in my garden. They are slow growers but have the potential of getting very big.

Not a bad prize. I need to see what I'm going to do with my avocado plant and my mango-pineapple plant. I have it in a container but it's to small for these plants and I also have cocoa plant witch also grow big. Great video
