By the way I wish yo did more than one video per week I am marathon watching you, Siloe, and Kaye so I guess with all that content shouldn't be greedy! Still plenty to watch and as always, more to learn. Thank you as always for your kind words and encouragement though my own successes and disasters!

Hey Patrick had to re-watch to let yo know that I got some tree collards from bountiful gardens as inspired by you. Followed the directions to trim and plant and they are doing fantastic. Well, meanwhile unbeknownst to me the trimmed ends which I thought had gotten composted were planted in pint pots by Mark, So now I have leaves on the trimmed ends, so I just wanted to share since I am very excited by unexpected developments!

Those black/red tomatoes are beautiful. Do you recall the name of them? Love watching your vids.

So glad to see this video. Fall and winter happen to be the time of the year I really prefer to do my organic garden. I can really learn so much from your channel. Thanks for sharing. I subscribed and give you a thumb up.

Wow... I bet you'll be able to harvest all winter long, unless we have a really cold winter up north. But then again, I bet you could out a little heat lamp in your greenhouse to keep things above freezing.

It is amazing to see all of those greens that late into the season. You are an inspiration Patrick!

What a fantastic video Patrick! Very inspirational. I'm wondering if you have any favorite cookbooks? I need to start getting creative with all of the greens coming out of my garden in October/November. I get tired of sauteed greens and salads pretty quickly!

i have a very short grow season june 15th if lucky till september 15th but obviously some year are better than others,
i started Early Wonder Tomatoes last year in January! first under a cfl curly bulb for 3weeks in red solo cups so they would
develop a stable plant size and root mass, after than i placed them in my front window in February after transplanting into big containers. My family was eating and enjoying fresh tomatoes by mid march all while there was still several ft of snow outside!! i could not Believe how well they grew and my neighbors also could not believe and had to come see them there selves from time to time and obviously take a few tomatoes lol,
no fertilizers were used besides the organic soil and some wood ash added from time to time from my wood stove in small amounts. its December now and im thinking about starting some even earlier this year and i hope who ever has read this tries the same thing!! why wait till summer to enjoy fresh tomatoes when you can get a house plant on the job in the middle of winter lol -
Hello, wow, great looking hoop house i grew sunchokes, in a container, i harvested and put some back in soil, these will come back, correct. They appeared stressed, when i dumped out container, i could see they were quite thick, bound up, then i knew why. Thank you, for all your information. Sincerely Rick.

Wow, those are some tough plants. We were hit with light frost and my cucumber plant died over night. Was so sad but knew it was coming. Interesting how you were able to get the greens out of the snow. Thanks for the winter updates!

Thank you Patrick, very useful video for new gardener like me. I'm in the middle of planning what to grow next winter and a lot of plants you've mentioned in comments I see for the first time, Thanks

Nice to still get stuff in November. I still have some chard seems to stand the frost well.

Have you ever considered making infusions and tinctures with your produce? It would definitely be interesting to see an herbalist's take on gardening.

Everything is looking so nice and green still. I hope your artichoke project works because I've done the same thing LOL. I used to have mine in a large pot and took them in the house every winter but it was just getting too heavy for me so I planted them in the ground in the hoop house last spring. Now they are under a cold frame fingers crossed that they make it. What is in those pots on a high shelf behind you?

Great looking pickings Patrick :)
The greenhouse looks good too. Still have those clips on my catch up list ;)
Cheers. -
