They definitely aren't chemical free. The plants are made of chemicals, the soil is made of chemicals, the rock dust is made of chemicals just like the fertelizers are organic and synthetic.....

Was wondering if you had any tips on growing in a Tennessee climate! Love your vids but most are on desert climate growing and not sure of what I could do here in middle Tennessee

Whats your verdict on growing plants in conatiners like an ordinary plastic pot vs. a colander, fabric pot or a pond basket ? The last 3 have better drainage, better root aeration and have the extra benefit of air-pruning, for denser roots. Yet, plastic pots are commonly used worldwide, including horticultural universities ! Is basic horticultural science being ignored even by the experts ? Where does self watering pots fit in all this ? Thanks for your perspective on this.

Would love if you did a video on high yielding varieties of sweet peppers. I have like 10 varieties I tried this summer, and only my yellow wax pepper is doing well and producing frequently.

Hi John! I live in Southern New England, and have just gotten my hands on a raised bed abandoned by my neighbor. We've taken care of getting the soil ready, but I'm not sure what we can plant because our growing season is so short. We already have two beds with greens, peppers, and tomatoes, but we were hoping to fill the new bed with greens that will have a quick turnaround time. Do you have any suggestions as to what we can plant in anon desert climate this late?
