Up Potting Peppers and Tomatoes inside the indoor grow operation Alberta Urban Garden
Tips, Tricks
In this episode we up pot our hot peppers and tomatoes. I am so pleased to see that nearly 95% of my peppers germinated and lots of my tomatoes did as well! In this episode I give some tips when it is time to up pot and how to go about doing that. I make sure to plant both the sweet n neat tomatoes and the peppers deep as they are both part of the night shade family and will push roots from the stock. Planting them deep helps conserve water. we give an update on our competition beets for the indoor beet growing competition. I have lovingly called my garden the Alberta Urban Garden. Ok this is the one I'm curious about because I can see that it's way past the time and perhaps some pruning a bit needs to happen plus identifying this chile?

Great job. I live in the tropic so all I do to the seeds and baby plants is that I cover them with plastics. Just to cover them from the chilly nights. The next step on how to make onion plants

Great tip on planting the tomatoes deep in the pot and adding potting mix as you go. I sometimes let mine get too leggy in the grow room. Thanks!

The serrated knife scared me a bit. :)

Nice Plants! So these are all going to be indoor plants? I'm trying to catch up on your videos so I don't ask something you already answered. I want to start plants from seeds in February and do some pruning to have some healthy plants for spring time planting here in New York (upstate zone 5) I hope you family all feel better.

Steven, your germination rate for pepper plants is great. My germination rate is not near yours. I need to work on my process. As usual, great video!
