Unrealistic Gardening Expectations
Tips, Tricks
Grab a cup of coffee or soda or glass of juice and join me in my indoor wonderland of green where I explain how to achieve realistic gardening expectations as well as show some more tips on successfully growing various organic vegetables such as peppers, tomatoes, tomatillos, bush beans...and even potatoes! I'm having a great day today, but it'll be even better if I could get you to take a few minutes to hang out with me. It's always funner when you drop in. :) ps: I promise not to throw potting soil this time, ok? My family grew a plum tree (everyday, we would pick a couple and make some smoothies or fruit salad!) but sadly we moved. I saw your video about growing a mango from seed, and I can't wait! How long should it take from seed to plant? I'm expecting 10+ years? ove all your videos, keep making them :)

Is that the same ghost pepper your still growing? If so the next generation is looking like a strong grower!

I love eatting my patio tomotoes when they are ready . I have a summer question for you. How to you keep those huge green catapillars off your plants without killing them. I dont' want to be a murderer. ..I tried pepper. and I tried light soapy water. It didn't seem to bother them at all... So if you're just talking to me lol loved it .. I'll be looking forward to my answer .. tysm '

An Unrealistic Garden Expectation - Ray, I am thinking about setting a goal for myself of growing 40% of my food this Spring & Summer. I am a 3rd year urban gardener and I will have about 100+ square feet of raised beds to grow in (plus room to expand if I need), do you think I am setting the bar too high/low? Is this unrealistic? Thank you as always for your invaluable input - you have helped me a lot over the years. ~ish

Hi! I have a question about bush beans. I have some started and they are already flowering but I am afraid I have then in too small of a container. I was thinking of tranplanting them (in a larger container) I may make a video for you to see. I made my first video and posted it yesterday. Gardening is fun.
