An old t-shirt over the bucket would filter the tea as well.

Can not hear

It is hard to hear you in many of your videos. Thanks for the info though👍🏼

I smoked the weed from my garden, It felt good.
I am looking forward to the tea.
Thanks for the video, my Aussie friend. -
If I pour the leftover sludge over weeds, will it kill them or just burn the leaves?
-
This is a great video! Thanks for uploading! I really love this idea. Is there any point trying to add an air bubbler (like you see with people making wormtea on youtube) or will the nutrients seep out into the water either way? Also, is there an issue in adding anaerobic microbes into your garden? I heard its best to have aerobic bacteria

Thank you for the video! What if we haven't mixed it but leave it to sit for 5-6 weeks?

Great idea! I have thrown away mountains of weeds from my lawn over the years because it was common knowledge that you don't use weeds in your mulch pile. But what do you do with the rest of the weed in the bucket? Make some more weed tea? Is it safe for the mulch pile? Through it away?
-
Brilliant! I never would have thought of this. Thanks!

I used weeds in a bucket with some small holes in the bottom. The weeds were moist with water and I had a top on the bucket. Over the winter it broke down and left me with smelly sludge with fat worms inside. I used it to plant my swiss chard and tomato plants. Also, when I realized I was supposed to dilute it I added it the rest of the garden. I hope I didn't burn my plants with the sludge! Yikes. Great use of weeds though. Its amazing really.

Rad, thanks!

The weeds are usually the best at getting the nutrients out of the ground, especially the deep rooted ones. You may as well take it back for the benefit of the desirable plants in the garden :) Thanks for watching and commenting :)

Interesting - never knew you could use weeds to give your garden nutrients. This really is being a productive gardener! Thanks for sharing this tip!

Thanks Chris :) I ahve seen other people do this but I like to keep things simple when I can and I get really good results from this. One thing I have added is to add is a little molasses as food for the bacteria and any left will feed the bacteria in the soil when it gets watered in. Having said that, for those who want to go to that extra effort it is a great idea. Thanks for watching and commenting :)

you should try and get a aquarium pump and put air stone or two in the bottom of the bucket.i would like to see your results.my hypothesis says it will decompose faster(time is money or food) and it may also greatly increase aerobic bacteria colonies.Unless you have already done this with bad results. I like your videos, keep up the great job.

No I wouldnt say I am a liar. The title says what the video is, you just had different ideas. This is actually quite a common idea in gardening and I think more people should take advantage of it. Thanks for watching and commenting :)

not what i was looking for when i searched weed tea xD

@Teddybearcop48 You should only mix the weed tea at a ratio of about 10:1 so it isnt too strong, you are right. I am glad you enjoyed the video. :)
