Tropico 4 08 - IMPORTant Business 1/2
Tips, Tricks
Welcome to ShenPlays Tropico 4 with your very favorite El Presidente Jugo De Manzana! This scenario puts us in a weird situation where Penultimo has lost our precious blueprints for mines and farms! With a name like IMPORTant Business, you can guess it means we must do some importing and business! It's a good thing we are a Booze Baron, because now rum can fund our island with ease.

That improved pronunciation of Mister Jugo De Manzana's name

Did you build armories to get generals? You can then build guard stations, one for each general, that provide 5 soldiers each.
-
Thanks I'll keep that in mind.. Turns out even videogame-dictators can't command people however they want :)
-
sometimes people just won't do what you want them to do. I've had games where people don't want to do uneducated labor, so the garages, farms, teamsters offices, docks, etc... were all practically empty, even with the pay rate higher than that of high school workers. maybe they don't value the work anymore once they've been educated? having efficient schools can backfire that way.
-
How can you get more soldiers and a larger army? The Militarists keep asking for more soldiers so I get army bases, get military education in hi-schools, pay the soldiers a wage twice as high as any other job and still the most soldiers I've had is five :) wtf?

Because by buying it you support the company who creates it. If the game starts selling less because some greedy people use μtorrent instead of just buying it, then they will stop making games. It's just pure logic...

Thank you for showing this game, I play Tropico thanks to you XD

I'm pretty sure Penultimo's name isn't Juanito. I think they were just remembering Juanito, the radio guy from Tropico 3, because you can have him killed in Tropico 3.

Lol. No life
