The only thing I want to stress out is that the egg shells will increase the pH of the soil, while tomato prefers acidic environment. Use lemon juice or citric acid to partly dissolve the egg shells before you mix it in under the tomato plant or water your tomatoes with the diluted lemon juice once in a while if you have put egg shells (or any other form of CaCO3) in the soil. Moreover, this will help "ionize"and release the Ca++ ions from very insoluble CaCO3 and make it available for the plant.
And do not forget to mulch !!!

I have white dots some look like a tiny leaf on the leaves and stem of my plants ..I have them all over the plants that I just purchase are these some kind of insect eggs or whiteflies eggs ...Help

Wow! I randomly clicked on this and instantly recognized Loren Nancarrow. A legendary San Diego TV weatherman and an all around nice guy. Met him in 1988. RIP, Loren. I'm sure the gardens in Heaven are a little nicer now!
