9. Der eisendrahce, stay in first room till round 6 with rk5, buy whatever you want (revive, shieva rk5). At the end of round 6, throw all your grenades out the map. Wait by the door that takes you to the dragon head in the castle. When your grenades replenish (signals the true start of round seven) buy as many doors as you can, although you should get a divinium within your first two doors. Takes about 7-9 minutes per 1 divinium, because the game doesn't give you LD based on points, but based on rounds. You should get you first round 4 minimum, round 8 maximum...

13. My experience is just to buy a ton of crap on gorod krovi. That's where I had gitten most of my divinium. No special strategies, just playing and buying as many things as possible. Vesper wallbuy I guess would be a strategy, but it's a reliable gun, so I use it.
