You are one of my original subscribers from nearly one year ago. Thank you! I have tried growing about every common bush and vining squash and it's hit or miss because I go organic. Most vegetables are highly seasonal here in FL and things like tomatoes, peas, squash, cukes, have a small time frame to produce before heat and oppressive humidity set in. That wiped out my zuchs. I'm letting the tatume and trombone vines runs at will so we'll see if they produce. Good luck growing!

Your garden is looking beautiful. Do you ever have any significant problems with pests on your squash plants. Mine are being damaged by endless amounts of squash vine borers. I try to hand pick all the eggs before they hatch but it's a never ending task. Surprisingly, they keep producing despite the attacks but it's probably just a matter of time before they succumb to them. I guess I'll have to plant replacements.
