Great tips. I really needed to know how to do this cause I eat pears now and shit like that

good vid, I' was told a good trick is to place the 'mature' pears (the ones that easily come off on a horizontal life) in the refrigerator (not freezer) for a week then on the counter for a few days to ripen them. Or to place in brown bag with a banana until ripe.
