Wait it out lol...some ppl's hair takes a while to kick in esp if the texture is fine. My family still teases me about being practically bald till I was 3 yrs old. My hair got longer and thicker and fully grew in by the time I was 6 or 7. I have curly hair that stops at the small of my back and get compliments all the time. My one year old is now the same way, barely any hair. He has a natural Mohawk lol and just enough to pinch in the back. But I know it will grow in, his hair has gradually been getting thicker and longer. Trust me, the hair will stay fine textured but the length and fullness WILL COME!
