Neomarica gracilis White and Blue Walking Iris. They are ideal for planting in the ground, or in hanging baskets for early Spring blooms of fragrant blue and white flowers that turn into a new plants or pups that you can share with friends like the Spider Plant; hence the name "Walking Iris". In a hanging basket the little plantlets (propagules) hang down and looks great and smells fantastic! These beautiful yet tough plants are ideal for the patio or in the garden. They are budding now through the end of June. These beauties are big, healthy, and full of flower buds. An easy to grow perennial favorite for any part sun to full shade landscape. Walking Iris is a grass-like(?) Iris plant with shiny leaves that grows only about 12-18" tall so it's ideal for spaces that are limited, or grown en masse under the shade of trees where grass doesn't grow well. Use in hanging baskets, or in a planter on a pedestal.
