Fires, elders die, earthquakes, success fail, voodoo fails) -Chef's Kitchen (food taste better & come out better) -Fertile (Twins seem to be born on this lot) -Quake Zone (Earthquakes) -TLC (apartment needs lots of loves. Landlord will be here frequently) -Great Soil (gardening just works) -Grody (chance to get nauseous in apartment) -Childs Play (children work better) -Fast Internet (enhances programming skill) -Natural Light Apartments ♡ Most Expensive Apartment : Trinty Tower ♡ •Skills• -Singing -Chopsticks -Spice Tolerance -Basketball •New entertainment channels• -JPOP Station -World Station -Politics, World, Sitcom TV •Festivals• -Geekcon -Flee Market -Love Fest -Spice Fest -Mischief & Hijinks (there might be another, cant put my finger on it) •Random Tibits• -27 NEW recipes (can only acquire through food stands) -When you eat spicy curry it can enhance your basketball skill. -There is a talking toilet, watch out for him, he's rude. -Every TLC apartment will have at least 2 rats, water pipes can break. -You can write notes on a board outside of an apartment. -Unlock beret through critic career (I ASKED BECAUSE I WANTED MY SIM TO WEAR IT SO BAD).
