I just made my first batch of this stuff. I made Quinoa Tubule, with Tomatoes, basil, Lime, Cumen, cucumbers, and Chopped Cauliflower. I made it with 1/2 red and 1/2 white Qinoa. I also used Olive oil. it;s chilling now in the fridge for tomorrow, it tastes excellent now but i suspect it will be even better tomorrow.

OK, so 4000 + years ago, Aliens were swiping potatoes and were busted in the act. One of The Chick aliens abducted the boy that busted her stealing potatoes the day after she flew off, took him to where ever she was before that, They gave him some to eat while he was there ( a test probably to see if he could survive on it) then they provided him with instructions and it was planted where he lived and it still grows there to this day.

I have heard that the west is offering so much for Quinoa that many cannot afford to buy it in the markets please put pressure on the export market to make this valuable local food cheap for the locals!
