I forgot to mention you can also get them from wishes, and from daily login rewards after you log in for a certain amount of days in a row.

I save 720 glory points each week and it let's me get 1 devilmon, 1 mystical scroll, and 1 light water or fire (depends on what you want) scroll per week

Devilmon and towers are way better uses of glory points, though, right? Because unless you are spending $$ on the game you won't get many devilmon otherwise. And if you have 0 devilmon there is no way you are skilling up nat 5s should you be lucky enough to get one. As for towers, glory point are the only way to upgrade them.
