Strawberry Plant Problems
Tips, Tricks
My strawberry plants all started dying and I think it is because my soil did not have the proper drainage. I am pulling all of them out and planting them into containers with better soil where they will have proper drainage.

The clay dirt is the worst. i have a raised bed that is 1/3 red clay dirt and when it started raining and the roots started to drown. I was able to save 2 pepper plant by moving them to my balcony and they are doing great. Hope that you can save the strawberries. loved and subbed.

I have two plants both purchased at same time. I replanted them. Using same soil. The one plant produced a few strawberries rather quickly. Though its now wilting and dying. We have heavy rains here on an off for two weeks. The 2nd plant is doing marvelous., lush green and has almost doubled in size in a rather short period. The only thing i noticed is in the first plant i did not plant it as deep as the plant that is doing great. I wonder if thats the problem?
