Bill, You said you store the caladiums in a cool place. What temperature range do you specify? I am in planting zone 7. One lady I know stores in her garage, but I don't have a garage. What about a spare refrigerator crisper drawer?

Hey was wondering when you store the elephant ear during the winter and replant them during spring/summer would they grow to the same size it was originally cut down at or will it start small again?

Thank You for most useful information, I almost left my "Peruvian Daffodils" out for the winter until I saw your packaging and realized that it's the same as a spider lily!

Seeing the entire process in detail is very helpful. Well filmed, easy to see. I appreciate your thoughtful efforts to help those of us who are new to growing these tubers.

Hey Bill!
Do you have any experience with Desert Rose's (Adenium obesum)?
I have just gotten one, and the care info I find are somewhat lacking... If you know how to care for this kind of plants, could you make a video of it?
As always, great videos! -
The dahlias came down, next I have to dig than wash, dry and store. I like to use that hamster bedding stuff in a paper bag or cardboard box. If they look wilted in the spring, I spray them for a week on a rack. Same with your suggestion, as sometimes I'll get a rotted one and have yo pitch it. I wished I'd dig up the caladium last year, this year it's crocasmia, I'll try storing.

It's weird how I live down the road from you, about 30 km away, yet I get different weather. Yesterday here was pure sunny and no wind. Today was the same, but instead of sunny it was cloudy. It was also 20C today, in OCTOBER.
