Just a quick video explaining my process for farming iron ore. It's pretty straight forward, but I wanted to put this out there because I've found ore tends to be one of the harder materials to farm. I haven't found a way to use this with copper or gold ore yet, but theoretically it should work. Also, I'm not sure if this is the "best" method as I'm still pretty early on in the game. However, if anything it should be pretty good for players within the first or second year I'd assume. I've got 142 iron ore and counting. I did it by spamming level 41, then minining the iron ore closeby. If steps down are closer, go down there, mine whatever is closest and go back up. It cuts down on time running around NOT mining iron ore. Just keep spamming level 41. I got 111 gold ore in a day from spamming level 81, just clear it out and keep coming back.

Funny how there are youtubers posting videos about mining over 2000 IRIDIUM/day (which is supposed to be the rarest ore in the game), yet here we are trying to find out how to get the damn ordinary ores like copper and iron which we need to craft almost everything :/ I have tons of gold, TONS! and that's only from casually mining under lvl80 once in a while, but I'm always lacking copper and iron though I kept mining them lvl 15+ and lvl40+ every 2 days or so T.T Though your method is good, it's still quite tedious, at least compared to mining for iridium... You could use bombs to make it easier and faster(faster = more ore/minute), the problem is: you need copper and iron to craft bombs! :D

I've actually found that doing the same method you show in this video, but doing it on floor 40 works very well too. Floor 40 is one of the smallest maps, and it only takes a few seconds to scan and collect the ores there, on a lucky day there were 9 iron ore deposits and around the same copper deposits in that one room when i walked in the first time! Of course sometimes theres hardly anything, but ive walked out after farming for maybe 10 hours in game with probably 40 iron and 30 copper, plus some topaz etc. and coal, which was not bad I think. There also is the coal sprites that spawn there fairy frequently. Since its so small and easy to quickly scan, works pretty well. If you are going for just ore and coal that is :D

Hey man, thanks for the video im definitely going to try this method out. And a tip for future videos try to make the music more quiet it was kinda hard to hear you. But besides that youre doing great. :D
