Help!! I cant really get a romance scene. I have already romance Haley to 5 Hearts currently. But that was after the Spring Flower Dance when Haley was 4 Stars. It was only after the Dance did i get her 2 star cut but after that i cant get her 4 star cut scene even after so long its now the beginning of Summer. Please Help!

I heard that if you build a wall around the coop, you can let them roam around. Also there is a human sized door. Oh, and don't forget to buy food for them. Animals are a lot of work.
