If you do it like her start small, keep the best looking gilts as your future sows. Eventually when you get more sows only select from the best mothers. Look for traits like good feet, and even size toes. Pigs that have big hams often have mobility isues this could effect a sow long term. These pigs look amazing. This woman is an amazing pig farmer from what I can see from the video. The only thing that does not sit right with me is the dirty looking water, what I understand can be an issue there. It however does not seem to effect the pigs.
