I used to use Cetaphil but I realized that I needed something more...my breakouts were along my jawline as well and they could get really swollen under the skin. I randomly went for a facial and she used dermalogica clay cleanser on me. THIS HAS WORKED THE BEST. My skin isn't perfect, but I'm not getting those kinds of breakouts anymore. Right now the only problem I have are those white nodules...only steam, tweezer and scrub seem to work on those. The dermalogica scrub is the best I've tried so far.
