Lol wasn't expecting a Banana tree inside a pot on a rooftop XD

Thank you for sharing, learnt so much from the video! My personal experience is that plants grow less well in those rectangular pots, or at least, not for longevity. I've gotten rid of all my rectangular pots and swapped them for round ones now.

Hello,
One suggestion, instead of small sized circular pots, which wastes space (vertical and horizontal both), you can buy big sized PVC pipe, (used as rain pipes from roof to ground level mostly), cut them in half and you will get a long semi circular area. You can mount those pipes one on top of another on a wall. You can have same type of herbs in each separate pipe and control the water flow separately.
Let me know how that works out...
Thx for the video... -
I just discovered Simply Love Gardening (search google for it!). I got everything I needed from one place.

Wow... kudos to you. I hope to learn how to improve my mints in pot in my kitchen window. But, thank you, for the glimmer of hopes.

Hey, is it possible to trade some? I can't find peppermint anywhere in nurseries and your thyme looks good.

How do you get your Aloe Vera looking so compact? I have mine in the corridor with quite a lot of light but it doesn't look as compact as yours. I had one plantlet on a stand but it turned a pale green from too much light..

Great garden!
If you have any online resources on edible gardening in Singapore, please could you share it with me? -
Gourds love a lot of sunlight. You can make the trellis to let them grow and shade the other plants. I am having sponge gourd on rooftop and see that they are growing very well.

I got most of the herbs from seeds either online, from UK or Singapore shops. A couple I bought as plants from Singapore garden centers, if you live east coast I can give you some baby herb plants in exchange for something. I can give you all of the ones I have as cuttings and show you how to grow them

Where did you buy those herbs from?
