Simple Midwest winter vegetable garden in december Zone 6 Kansas, low cost

Growing vegetables in a simple enclosure in Kansas on December 5th 2015. Easy beginner winter garden for low growing and cold hardy vegetables. I have row of Kale growing too. The lettuce was heavily harvested in this video. I picked as much as I could before the frost just in case but it has since bounced back despite the harvest and frost.
