Thanks for sharing.. I too pick and freeze my rhubarb as well, it is amazing what we can do with this..

I find when im trying to remove air from the freezer bags I use a small straw and close the bag up to the straw and I suck what air I can and squeeze the bag close as im pulling the straw away so I do not have to get out the sealer to often

if you freeze the pieces in a single layer on a cookie sheet first.then add to freezer bag you don't have to break apart the chunk. works great also for berries.

we love rhubarb . as a kid i remember picking it out of my godmothers yard n dipping it into sugar n eating it . great memories ty noreen

I planted three rhubarb plants this year... I cant wait to harvest some next year!! Your plant is wonderful.
