Hi, in my region, the lowest temperature in September is near 70 degrees. When to plant squash?

I was surprised about how compact it was and not billed as dwarf. I am thinking of not growing standard green zukes next year. They seem to always have tons of squash bugs. The round plant was easy to inspect and manage.

Hi Gary, I also grew the round zucchini this summer. I echo your comments about the plant being very compact, productive, and good for small gardens. It's also fun to grow something a little unusual! Thanks for the idea of coring the zucchini like a pumpkin, stuffing it then baking it. Sounds good!
