Rat Lurk Pits in Perfect World International is an instance located in Morai (the place, not the server lol). When you are level 95 or higher and have finished your cultivation quest FB79 you can enter Morai and get the quest for the "rat cave". You can only open Rat Lurk Pits once since the quest to enter this instance will be given only once. The 'new' FB19 instance is exactly the same instance but it's harder to finish since FB19 has more 'attacking' mobs. FB19 can be entered multiple times but you don't find rats inside.
