we could not see the plants roots, and either the plants leaves.
I have a diamond bay plant and some of the leaves are droopy and some on the same stalk is pointing up and looks great. Any thoughts on why that is? I have not watered it lately, the soil is still moist
I agree, there is no info on their long-term upkeep, especially once their stems get leggy & have already lost too many lower leaves. Mine is a bit gangly-looking and needs to either have several stems re-rooted (started in a new pot and then dispose of whatever's left in the old pot), or should I judiciously cut out the old growth stems to the soil, allowing the newer undergrowth to hopefully take over & not look too awful for too long.
Or..., what?
This video is absent of any pruning techniques for this plant. Fail.

I really learned something from this video. I did not know that tip that if the plant has fine roots it doesn't want to dry out and if it has thicker roots is likes to dry out a bit between waterings. It makes so much sense if you think about it. Thank you very much for that.
@lydiakane E-bay sells them and distributes them across the world from Thailand. I got mine and they sent it to the UK no problem and with a phytosanitary cert' too!
