I did forget to mention that Rhubarb is very tart and you have to mix some kind of sweetener with it, unless you like very tart fruit. I use Stevia myself because I don't want to use sugar. Also, when harvesting Rhubarb, don't take all of the stalks off or your Rhubarb plant my die, I had one do that myself and I was very upset.
