PLANTING OUT RUNNER BEANS
Tips, Tricks
http://learn-how-to-garden.com Although i say in the intro to this video it climbing and dwarf french beans i also plant Butter Beans which are a type of Runner Bean grown especially for there larger sized beans The easiest was for most of us for most of us to increase the amount of space we have to grow in is to grow plants vertically. Beans in their many varieties will do this as there normally method of growing is to climb up a support. I filmed this a few weeks ago and will be doing an update shortly to show you how they are growing. Mark Abbott-Compton Ten Minute Gardener

They tend to be tough old things beans so they probably will recover. My french beans seem slower this year but the runners seem quite happy.

I planted out my runners last week, and my climbing dwarf will be to tomorrow. They were out on the garden table to acclimatise, but the wind has burnt their leaves a bit, they'll recover...I hope!
