She planted them very close together. In the UK we leave approx.. 5 cm between each bulb. Each to their own

All but one of my container bulbs rotted away. I had drainage but maybe the soil was the wrong type.

You failed to mention that if the pot is left out in freezing temperatures in a harsh Winter environment, with no insulating protection, the bulb will freeze in ice and die. Which is what happened to me. Thanks alot. My fault for only using one source for information.

my tulips are not erupting :s i planted them 2 weeks ago ,, i left about 10 cm of soil below the bulbs ,, should i have left more space ?! im so sad that i failed to make them erupt :s

how much is the germination time for tulip bulbs? can i sow now in march?

fisrtt off bulbs uisually go 6 inches below grade and she never mentions water which many have asked about epic fail
