Can I use the ones that have already bloomed, but the stems aren't dead yet...& I live in Zone 10 Florida, but have a Lanai, huge one, enclosed but it's like a hot house! ThanksJessica.

My planted tulip went through the cold store which was 9 weeks and i took them up into my apartment, because it started to grow and it is green.
My question is how im gonna continue now? How im gonna water them?

Certain Tulips are perennial- some better than others. None that are potted should be handled at perennial... The video is good but you should not add any fertilizer at all with potted tulips. The bulbs only gather nutrients after their bloom and that is used for the next year's bloom. You should use soiless potting mix as well. The video doesn't stress the fact that you need to keep the pot from freezing over. You need to burry the entire pot anyplace above NC. This is very important.
