Everything made sense until the last few seconds. It seems like one the shoot starts coming up, you're golden. Just keep it watered nicely. Maybe this is what he meant. But the way he said it leaves some big question marks, but what exactly did he mean. At any rate, I think, just keep it wet.

Sorry to hear you've had bad experience with extension. I will add suggestions for more detail on grass planting to our episode list. We try to make episodes seasonally relevant, so it may be next spring before you see it, but we will try to get more specific. Thanks for your feedback.

county extensions are worthless. my suggestion is make more even if take more than 1 episode. I hope isn't just lip service. Thanks

I agree we miss a few steps at the end, like the newly germinated grass and the organic matter "damp as a wrung out towel" which is talked about but not shown, but we do cover seeds, seed bed, soil prep, and planting well. We're limited by our 2 min time frame as these actually air as TV PSAs. Sorry if we didn't go into enough depth in all areas. If you have more questions about seeding lawns your nearest county extension office will have more detail. We also take episode suggestions
