greet vid once again Mark. The only error I see is that beets are not a brassica, they as well as their closely related cousins like swiss chard are in the amaranth family. But your methods as usual are really good! I really like the thick mulched isleways. So any runoff from the disturbed soil should be held by the mulched areas. Almost as good as a living mulch. Should greatly reduce erosion. Will you be pulling some of that mulch back around the plants after the seeds sprout?

Do you have problems with the smaller seeds getting jammed between the plate and the side it's against in the hopper? You've got quite a space to work in!

Thanks for useful information ! The idea with leaves is great I'm using this for no dig potatoes this year but have problem with wind blowing it away from my bed ;) well something to work on I guess.

I would have loved to see how the seed machine works, how does it keep from leaking in alot of seeds? what did you mean by plate? it would have been nice to have seen you do at least a row, where are your foot prints?
