Moving mulberry trees to new farm and thought that if roots are so close to ground, plant guilds would need to keep this in mind.

They were small trees from Raintree, not seed. Because of the use of these trees in propagation, not sure I would use seeds. I need to make sure what is growing if I sell one to a customer. For your own use I would say seeds would be great, as far as roots, Not sure there is as much a difference in roots, because starting with such a small tree to start with.
