Hi Chef. It can be many different things. If your growing soil has fertilizer mixed into it, that burns young seedlings roots. Too much water can cause damping off. Chef Grant, the yellow leaves on the young plants may be due to high level of fertilizer. Try re-potting them in another pot without so many of those pebbles, hope it's not too late. What type of soil are you using, does it already have some fertilizer in it?
