I don't get why you would want to stay away from level 100 like that. If you gain bonus xp you don't loose anything.

I can see how it's not efficient waiting to get the money to infamy but what you should consider is that the cup doesn't matter at that point. If money is the real factor that determines the infamy then the xp serves a different purpose. You're basically proposing to hinder your skill sets and abilities so that you can arrive at the same amount of money regardless of what your xp level is when you get to that dollar amount. What should be on here is no offshore broker. Do high money jobs. Get all loot. Others on the list are really counter productive because you have a weaker skill set to work with while you hunt that money.
