While you can't kill a certain mob to farm for a specific Unique in Path of Exile there are a number of things you can do to improve your chances of finding them. In this video I cover the ways of getting unique items in PoE, how to improve your chances and also how to get more Chaos orbs at the same time. Even if you don't end up finding the unique you want you may end up being able to simply buy it! Is this still uptodate? Im lvl50 and got like 5 uniques

I do get decent uniques and chaos/regal recipes. The key for me was quantity not rarity. yes rarity can bump and item to a higher value. But quantity gives more items, and its all items, currency, gear, divination cards, practically everything.

My problem with the Chaos/Regal recipes is finding rare rings and amulets...I get weapons and armor out the asshole but the jewellery never seems to drop.

What constitutes a set of rares to gain chaos orbs?

I'm newbie and I'm wondering how do I get Ungil's Gauche, Mark of the Doubting Knight and Mightflay. Can you guys help me? I must use Orbs of Chance in respective daggers to get this unique items? What the players trading them want? I really don't know how to farm "currency". And what is the minimum of % rarity you must have in you gear to drop unique?I really apreciate your effor to make this guid and thanks to whoever the person that will answer my questions. How can you get a vaal summon skeletons? besides a corrupted zone can a vaal orb plus summon skeletons work? new to this crafting recipe stuff

i have been playing for 6 days on my first 2 days I found 0 uniques for the next 2 I found 1 every 3 hours and now I find 1 every 30 mins.... did they buff the spawn rate alot?

So, if you find a full wyrmscale, does it make sense to chance/scour for a Belly of the Beast? Since, according to the wiki, that's the only unique on that base item.

I know it can also give you magics and rares, but if it does give you a unique... that's the only unique it can give you, no?

Is Fellshrine ruins a good farming area even if I'm on normal? A rare just dropped an it's ilvl is barely 16 :/

Question guys, lets say Hillick (merciless) can drop any Unique? Even lvl 1 uniques? (If there are any) or is there some sort of drop level cap?
Another thing, is there a drop penalty? lets say a lvl 100 char farming level 5 stuff.

Thanks for the information/video. I am a little sad that I joined the game too late to do Hillock runs. They seemed really. I'm gonna hit the forums for more information, but what is the next zone you can do that style of run through for ilvl 60 items?

i cant seem to get the gear sets to trade to the vendor for chaos! do they all have to be yellows of 20% quality?
BTW.... im in merciless now destroying everything but i must say... cruel dom was no joke at all! LOL

i love farming hillick, ive got more uniques farming this one zone, then everywhere else combined. sucks there is no chance for a vaal zone and the items arent ilvl60+

farming hillick for me, ive found most efficient for getting currency and uniques.
