i think baked chicken did vaal spark as a starter league but ofc he plays standard.
as a poe starter i have no idea what u talk about man but it sounds awesome
just for your info the spell echo that you have dont give you a second cast of the vaal spark since u need souls for each cast. waste of gem slot

how would you level vaal spark as a league starter? Just do life based until like 70, and then respec? then just farm dried lake chaos recipe or whatever to buy the jewels? (for breach)
