Organic Desert Gardening in Arizona
Tips, Tricks
My 2009 Summer garden here in Arizona. I was growing peppers, sunflowers, tomatoes, potatoes, strawberries, squash, watermelon, cantaloupe, eggplant, herbs, onions, carrots, beans, pumpkins, snapdragons, lettuce, and more! This was an all organic garden, and my first large scale gardening project. The music is by Widespread Panic, and the song is Porch Song, from their live album.

What an awesome garden. Have you ever tried to grow blueberries, here in the desert? I would love to try, if I have a chance of the heat not killing them. Is there a variety that will work here? Thanks!
