The USA has a Constitution whose amendments are considered a Bill of Rights but it does not have a specific and separate Bill and that is long overdue. As to the amendments, why not change the word "arms" in the 2nd to "health care", allow solar panels to be used in sunny states and grow whatever the fuck you want.

so they didn't find the plants?.... phew!

I can see these douchebag good ole boy texas cops right now.........."oh he got big gardens, and he has those growing medium containers"........."HE MUST BE GROWING POT!" My question is, when they become overzealous like this can we hold the dept accountable for their bullshit?

News flash police are not just trying to do good for society.

We need a special police unit only to watch over the police. Otherwise there is no end to their abuses.

Cop stopped me in a snowstorm, nothing to find, he cited me for having snow buildup on my back plate. Scare me, I would never call them. I added grow lights to my extra bedroom... Oh no!

Dude legal advice Stinks. Those people your are talking about believe you become the criminal when you do not allow them to execute a warrant.Call a lawyer !

I am a KNOWN pot smoker and the light glows from my basement as my pepper experiment proceeds.. I would never break a law... and no warrant, no in...

by letting the police in is consent and without a warrant anything in plain view is free game to them, and could be entered as evidence and is admissible in court. this is a tactic used when the police do not have enough probable cause for a warrant. just an FYI for those of you that didn't know,so in this instance ask to see the warrant,no warrant no entry, thats your right.

I'm starting to build a garden and canning my food. I'm going to order a grow light and seed heat mat, etc for my veggies. but I am concerned my order might somehow get reported to the government. it's scary. I'm a 64 yr old woman.
